Rates

$125 for standard session (60 min)

$40 for ESA letter or other general letter of diagnosis

*If requiring more intensive documentation, such as a Biopsychosocial Assessment, this will be billed per hour at the standard session rate.

Insurance

No Insurance Accepted at this time; Private Pay only:

Cash (exact), Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and HSA accepted.

Super bill can be provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
