Online Counseling

Technology Assisted Counseling (TAC), which is Telemental Health through Live Video Sessions, is done via a HIPAA compliant platform and is available for FLORIDA RESIDENTS ONLY.

Online counseling can be beneficial to individuals who battle health or transportation-related issues, or who reside outside of Palm Beach County, rendering face to face counseling unrealistic.  However, online counseling is only offered when it is safe and clinically appropriate to do so (it is NOT appropriate for clients with active suicidal/homicidal thoughts, clients who are experiencing active manic/psychotic symptoms, or clients who are minors).

To participate in TAC, I do require your address, emergency contact information, and the phone numbers for your local police and fire department in the event that an emergency arises and I need to contact someone near you. If you are interested in receiving therapy via an online (Live Video) platform, let me know and we can set it up!

Online Life-Coaching and Consulting

NEW! Life coaching can be a valuable option for those experiencing feelings of being "stuck" in their lives, wanting to make personal changes, or those seeking guidance in decision-making, goal-setting, or general relational conflict. Life coaching is different from therapy in how it is typically shorter in duration, and more solution-focused in the here-and-now. It can be a great option for individuals seeking more immediate, short-term guidance, and for those who reside outside of Florida (I do not use my license to provide this service). However again, Life coaching is NOT therapy, and is not a substitute for therapy if therapy is warranted in a given situation. 

Consulting is another option if simply seeking a professional perspective or guidance on a specific situation or dilemma.
